PICK BOX INFO

An initial deposit is required of $150. This will be deducted from your final payment for pieces you choose to keep.

We are thrilled you are interested in receiving a pick-box of garments you can choose from. 

It's like shopping in your own home... 

A return label will be provided in your box. After receipt of your garments, please play for 5 days and select the pieces you wish to keep, THEN contact us at info@tinagivens.com and let us know which garments you want to keep and which you'd like to return.

We will do our very best to accommodate your size and preferences, and any special requests. Complete the form, and you will be taken to checkout for your deposit.

The deposit is necessary because:

1 We want to ensure you are invested in your pick-box and love our garments.

2. This offers us a little security in the case you return everything. If you do, we will refund 50% of your deposit.  This pays for our labor and shipping expenses.

We will be in contact with you and ensure your pick-box experience is a successful one. We love to offer beautiful garments for you to try on.

​

You will be directed to our return station, where you will notify us of your keeps and your returns. Use the included return label and take to the nearest USPS or UPS store, depending on your return label.

​

You will have 5 days to try on the garments, then report back. We do expect the returned garments to be folded neatly with tags and no perfume, makeup stains, TAGS on the garments, and no damages.

Once received, we will review the garments and notify you of any discrepancies or damages. We are sure there will be no issues.

Exchanges

If you need a new size, let us know. Or if you'd like to try a different color.  When we receive your returns with issues of sizing/color/style, we will return new sizes/color or style you requested with a payment request.

Try it, it's fun for you, and we appreciate you for your interest.

If you do not pay for the garments, we will be patient, but then we will proceed to legal resources to ensure we are compensated.
