TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

PRE-ORDERS

We manufacture seasonally and offer a Pre-Order Limited Time Shop for you.

Please understand this shop will be available for 6-8 weeks for pre-ordering. We require 50% deposit of the price of the garment(s). Your garment will be manufactured and will be shipped to you within 3 months.

SPRING - SHOP OPEN October/November - SHIPS January/February.

FALL - SHOP OPEN February/March - SHIPS July / August

RESORT  - SHOP OPEN April/May SHIPS November/December

COMPANY STATEMENT

 

Items purchased online will only be accepted for a return, exchange, or refund. All other TG  items must be handled where they were originally purchased.  

 

 

**Shipping charges on returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Tina Givens.

 

 

REFUND POLICY 

 

Tina Givens will accept returns within 14 days of when your garment is received on full-priced merchandise that has not been altered, worn, or washed. All tags must be attached and be free of perfumes. The garment must be returned in its original condition. Damaged garments will not be refunded. 

 

Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. 

 

All clearance items are only subject to exchange for another size and not a full refund. 

 

Exchanges for all garments must be made 21 days from the time you receive your garment. 

 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

 

To request an exchange - please email info@tinagivens.com. Please do not send back garments without notifying us. 

 

Exchanges are to be made within 21 days from the time you receive your garment with all tags attached in its original condition and free of perfumes. 

 

Tina Givens. will be happy to assist you with your exchange process. If you need assistance, please email info@tinagivens.com. We will help you find your best fit and color just for you and make sure you find exactly what you are looking for.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

 

To request a return please email info@tinagivens.com. Please do not send back garments without notifying us. 

 

Tina Givens will accept returns within 14 days of when your garment is received on all full-priced garments that have not been altered, worn or washed.  

 

Clearance items are not eligible for return 

 

Cynthia Ashby Inc reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not come back in the original condition that it was sent out or if it is out of our return/exchange period.

PAYMENT

We accept all credit cards and we offer Paypal as a payment method. We do not accept checks or Venmo.

Pre-Orders: 50% down when ordered, and the remainder will be due at the shipment date. You will be notified.

Orders of in-stock garments are paid at time of purchase.
